Illinois Voter Registration Applications are available at the Clerk's Office Monday thru Friday from 8:00 A.M. tp 4:30 P.M.. In order to register, you must be at least 18 years of age, a citizen of the United States, and have lived in the state and precinct for 30 days prior to an election. Illinois residents may register online, or in person at the Office of the Election Authority, located at the Department of Motor Vehicle facilities, with Deputy Registrars, who are appointed in each jurisdiction, or via mail using the Illinois Voter Registration Application available in English and Spanish.

Absentee Ballots, are provided by each county and can be obtained, by mail, from the County in which you live. They are also available at the Village of Hanover Park, Clerk's Office, Monday thru Friday from 8:00 A.M. thru 4:30 P.M..
