Citizens of the Year Each year, the Village President names the Citizen of the Year. Previous winners include: 2011 - Cindy Dittmer 2010 - Ann Delort 2009 - Robert Wachsmuth 2008 - John Holdeman 2007 - Anita Komorski 2006 - Lt. Jim Larson, Firefighters/Paramedics Garrett Kody, Rick Herzon and Brandon Matheny, and Police Officers Jennifer Smith and Steven Stotz
