	1. CALL TO ORDER - ROLL CALL Acting President Robert Packham called the Workshop to Order at 8:50 P.M. PRESENT: Acting President Robert Packham, Trustees Wesley Eby, William Manton, Rodney Craig, Lori Kaiser, and Joseph Nicolosi ALSO PRESENT: Assistant Village Manager Mark Masciola and Human Resource Director Sandra Vincent Richard ABSENT: None
	Ms. Susan Love of the law firm Davis & Kuelthau of Milwaukee, Wisconsin did a seminar on training in the prevention of sexual harassment claims. Attached is a copy of the slide presentation.
	Acting President Packham adjourned the meeting at 9:55 p.m.
