5-A VILLAGE PRESIDENT’S REPORT – RODNEY S. CRAIG

5-A.1 Sign a Proclamation Declaring April 25th as Arbor Day in the Village of Hanover Park.

5-A.2 Executive Session – Personnel – Section 2(c)(1), Litigation – Section 2(c)(11) and Review of Executive Session Minutes – Section 2(c)(21 ).

5-A.3 Swear in Firefighter Chris Chalmers.

5-A.4 Swear in Firefighter Paul Lanctot.

5-A.5 Pass Ordinance O-08-26: Adopting the 2008-2009 Budget in Lieu of Passage of an Appropriation Ordinance.
