Neumann Homes (Village Center P.U.D.) – Petitioner is requesting approval of a Preliminary Plat of Subdivision, Rezoning and Preliminary
Planned Unit Development for a 23.8 acre development located north of Lake Street, west of Barrington Road, south of Maple Avenue and east
of Church Street. (Recommended continuance to May 27th)
Performance Metal Fabricators/Northern Equities LLC (1220 Central Avenue) – Petitioner is requesting Variations from the Village of
Hanover Park Zoning Ordinance to allow a 6’ high chain link fence around the perimeter of a liquid nitrogen system adjacent to the building
at 1220 Central Avenue.
Robertino Presta (1250 Lake Street) – Petitioner is requesting Variations from the Village of Hanover Park Zoning Ordinance to allow a
permanent fenced in enclosure at 1250 Lake Street (Caputo’s).
