Petitioner is requesting a Zoning Variation to allow a wireless
antenna on top of the Village’s Water Tank at 1845 Evergreen Avenue,
Hanover Park, IL. (Continued from July 8th meeting)
Andrew and Lisa Moore (2 Don Carlos Drive) – Petitioner is
requesting a Zoning Variation to allow a 31’ driveway approach for a 3
car garage at 2 Don Carlos Drive.
c. Village of Hanover Park - Village is requesting Text Amendments
to the Zoning Ordinance Section 110.6.6.1.c.(1) regarding regulations
clarifying driveway permits by allowing up to 20 feet wide driveways
in all residential zoning districts.
