  • T-Mobile/Village of Hanover Park (1845 Evergreen Avenue) – Petitioner is requesting a Zoning Variation to allow a wireless antenna on top of the Village’s Water Tank at 1845 Evergreen Avenue (Continued from August 12th meeting).
  • Andrew and Lisa Moore (2 Don Carlos Drive) – Petitioner is requesting a Zoning Variation to allow a 31’ driveway approach for a 3 car garage at 2 Don Carlos Drive (Continued from August 12th meeting).
  • Everardo Corral (2080 Sycamore Avenue) – Petitioner is requesting a preliminary plat of subdivision from the Village of Hanover Park Zoning Ordinance to subdivide property into 3 lots at 2080 Sycamore Avenue.
  • Dan Petrey/Z Investments (1860 Army Trail Road) – Petitioner is requesting a Zoning Variation from the Village of Hanover Park Zoning Ordinance to allow a double sided illuminated reader board to the existing pole sign at 1860 Army Trail Road.
  • Edward and Lana Dickow (3940 Island Circle) – Petitioner is requesting a Zoning Variation from the Village of Hanover Park Zoning Ordinance to allow a 31.68’ setback variance from the building line for an existing fence at 3940 Island Circle.
  • The Salvation Army (2040 Poplar Avenue) – Petitioner is requesting a Special Use from the Village of Hanover Park Zoning Ordinance for a Ministry Center at 2040 Poplar Avenue. (WITHDRAWN)
  • Windwood Development, LLC/Ray Shenouda (1001 Irving Park Road) – Petitioner is requesting a 5’ setback variance and Special Use from the Village of Hanover Park Zoning Ordinance for a car wash/automobile detailing service at 1001 Irving Park Road.
  • New Urban Communities Corporation – Petitioner is requesting a Preliminary Planned Unit Development for an 8+ acre development incorporating 18,000 square feet of first floor retail space with a total of 32 condominium units on the second and third floors to be located on the northwest corner of Lake Street and Church Street.
  • Village of Hanover Park - Village is requesting Text Amendments to the Zoning Ordinance Section 110.6.6.1.c.(1) regarding regulations clarifying driveway permits by allowing up to 20 feet wide driveways in all residential zoning districts (Continued from August 12th meeting).
  • Village of Hanover Park - Village is requesting Text Amendments to the Zoning Ordinance Section 110-6.3 regarding Village owned or operated off-street parking facilities to require only those improvements contained in the contract for the construction of those facilities.
