Windwood Development, LLC/Ray Shenouda (1001 Irving Park Road) –
Petitioner is requesting a 5’ setback variance and Special Use from
the Village of Hanover Park Zoning Ordinance for a car wash/automobile
detailing service at 1001 Irving Park Road (Continued from September
9, 2004).
Joseph and RuthAnn Governale (7300 Jonquil Terrace) – Petitioner
is requesting a Zoning Variation for a reduction in the front yard
setback from 30 feet to 22.5 feet for purposes of a kitchen expansion
at 7300 Jonquil Terrace.
Village of Hanover Park – Village is requesting Text Amendments to
the Zoning Ordinance Section 110-3.3 by reducing the number of members
of the Development Commission from nine to seven, and the number of
auxiliary from three to one.
