– Petitioner is requesting a Zoning Variation to allow a 24’ setback
variance from the required 30’ rear property line and an increase in
lot coverage from 75% to 82% for a new commercial building at 2064
Lake Street.
Arete 3 Ltd./Bernard Bertsche (1080 Muirfield
Drive) – Petitioner is requesting a Zoning Variation to allow a
15’ setback variance from the front property line for additional
parking at 1080 Muirfield Drive.
