New Urban Communities (Lake Street Station) – Preliminary Planned Unit Development to be located on the northwest corner of Lake Street and Church Street (Informational Update).

Sunroom Creations/Mr. and Mrs. Ken Trippett (4730 Zeppelin Drive) – Petitioner is requesting a Zoning Variation to allow a 15’ setback variance from the rear property line for construction of a sunroom at 4730 Zeppelin Drive (Continued from February 10th meeting/To be continued to May).
