a. New Urban Communities (Lake Street Station) – Preliminary Planned Unit Development to be located on the northwest corner of Lake Street and Church Street (Continued from May 12th meeting).

b. Christine and Michael Kearns (7050 Center Avenue) – Petitioner is requesting approval of a preliminary and final plat of subdivision to subdivide property at 7050 Center Avenue.

c. Steven and Julie Kossack (1520 Hillcrest Avenue) – Petitioner is requesting a Zoning Variation to allow a 10’ variance from the side property line for a driveway at 1520 Hillcrest Avenue.

d. Village of Hanover Park - Village is requesting Text Amendments to the Zoning Ordinance Sections 110.5.2.2, 110-5.5.2, 110-5.3.2, 110-5.4.2, 110-5.6.2, 110-5.7.2, and 110-5.9.2 to allow Public Libraries as a Permitted Use in R, R-1, R-2, R-3, R-4, Historic, and B-2 zoning districts.
