a. George and Teri Eurick (2 Don Carlos Drive) – Petitioner is requesting a Zoning Variation from the Village of Hanover Park Zoning Ordinance to allow a 13.4’ variance to the driveway width at 2 Don Carlos Drive.

b. Anthony Cassata/Dalan/Midco BDP HP, LLC (Lot 27 Church Street Station) – Petitioner is requesting a Special Use from the Village of Hanover Park Zoning Ordinance to construct a 4,001 square foot retail building specifically with a 1,726 square foot restaurant with a drive-thru on Lot 27 of the Church Street Station development.
