b. Marek and Kamila Solek (6N567 Cloverdale Road, Roselle) – Petitioner is requesting Rezoning to R-1 Single-Family Detached Residence District and a Preliminary Plat of Subdivision to create four (4) zoning lots on approximately 1.4 acres of land being considered for annexation at 6N567 Cloverdale Road, Roselle, Illinois.
