Avenue) – Petitioner is requesting a Zoning Variation from the
Village of Hanover Park Zoning Ordinance to allow a 20’ front yard
variance for an existing legal non-conforming front yard from Section
110.5.9.5.a.1, whereas a front yard setback of not less than 25 feet
is required in the B-2 Local Business Zoning District, at 1981 Devon
Avenue.
