Terrace) – Petitioner is requesting approval of a Preliminary Planned
Unit Development and Final Plat at Pebblewood Apartments, 2230
Breezewood Terrace.
- Dr. Arlene Rodriguez/Lawrence Hansing and George Delaney (27W226
Ontarioville Road) – Petitioner is requesting a Special Use from the
Village of Hanover Park Zoning Ordinance for a veterinary clinic at
27W226 Ontarioville Road.
- Anthony Cassata/Dalan/Midco BDP HP, LLC (Lot 31 Church Street
Station) – Petitioner is requesting a Special Use from the Village of
Hanover Park Zoning Ordinance for a fuel station and 3,200 square foot
retail shop, with a drive through facility, on Lot 31 of Church Street
Station at the southwest corner of Barrington Road and Maple Avenue.
- Neumann Homes (Lot 28 Church Street Station) – Petitioner is
requesting an amendment to Lot 28 of the Preliminary Planned Unit
Development for Church Street Station to reflect two condominium
buildings.
