Interplan Midwest LLC/J & P Properties LLC (1640 Irving Park Road)
– Petitioner is requesting a Special Use from the Village of Hanover
Park Zoning Ordinance for a drive-up banking facility at 1640 Irving
Park Road.
Village of Hanover Park (Walnut Avenue) – Village is requesting a
Text Amendment to Zoning Ordinance Section 110.5.4 to 110.5.5 to allow
for rezoning of the current two-family residences located at 2300
Walnut Avenue, 2310 Walnut Avenue, 2320 Walnut Avenue, 2330 Walnut
Avenue, and 2340 Walnut Avenue from R-2 to R-3 to be legal conforming.
Village of Hanover Park – Village is requesting a Text Amendment
to the Zoning Ordinance Section 110-6.6.1.c to allow driveway widths
in excess of 20 feet for garages that accommodate 3 or more cars at a
maximum permitted width of 10 feet per parking stall provided lot
coverage is met. This provision does not include tandem garage parking
spaces.
Village of Hanover Park – Village is requesting a Text Amendment
to the Zoning Ordinance Section 110-5.9.3 to include Nursing Homes as
a special use in the B-2 Local Business District.
Village of Hanover Park – Village is requesting a Text Amendment
to the Zoning Ordinance Section 110-5.9.3 to include Off-Track Betting
facilities as a special use in the B-2 Local Business District.
