NuCare Service Corp. (2016 W. Lake Street) – Petitioner is
requesting a Special Use from the Village of Hanover Park Zoning
Ordinance for a nursing home in the B-2 Local Business District and to
allow variances including up to a 15’ variance from the required 30’
side yard setback, an 18-foot variance to the maximum height
requirement of 45 feet, and a reduction in the number of required
parking spaces from 137 spaces to 103 spaces for purposes of
constructing a 4-story, 237-bed nursing facility at 2016 W. Lake
Street.
Sprint (4805 Morton Road) – Petitioner is requesting a 625 sq. ft.
variance from the required 150 sq. ft. from Section 110.6.6.1.m to
allow for an accessory storage building to be larger than allowed by
Village Code at 4805 Morton Road.
