is requesting upon annexation, rezoning to B-2 local Business District,
a comprehensive plan map amendment from Planned Business Park to
Community Commercial, a preliminary subdivision plat and a variance from
the maximum permitted lot coverage on Lot 1 from 75% to 78% for the
property located at 25W770 – 775 Lake Street, Roselle, Illinois, in
unincorporated DuPage County, commonly known as Regal Mall, at the
northwest corner of Lake Street and Bartels Road.
