1. Fred Karam for Land Trust #5159AH Chicago Title Trust Company (1090 Lake Street) – Petitioner is requesting a Special Use from the Village of Hanover Park Zoning Ordinance for a drive-through at 1090 Lake Street.
2. Village of Hanover Park – Village is requesting a Text Amendment to the Zoning Ordinance Section 110-5.7 by eliminating the Historical Commission and appointing the Zoning Administrator to fulfill those duties within the Historic District.
3. Village of Hanover Park – Village is requesting a Text Amendment to the Zoning Ordinance Sections 110-5.7.3, 110-5.8.3 and 110-5.9.3 to include Pet Daycare as a Special Use in the H-Ontarioville Historic District, B-1 Convenience Shopping District, and B-2 Local Business District.
4. Village of Hanover Park - Village is requesting a Text Amendment to the Zoning Ordinance Sections 110-5.7.3, 110-5.8.3 and 110-5.9.3 to add Commercial Kennel as a Special Use in the H-Ontarioville Historic District, B-1 Convenience Shopping District, and B-2 Local Business District.
5. Village of Hanover Park - Village is requesting a Text Amendment to the Zoning Ordinance Sections 110-5.7.2, 110-5.8.2 and 110-5.9.2 to include Pet Grooming as a permitted use in the H-Ontarioville Historic District, B-1 Convenience Shopping District, and B-2 Local Business District.
