a. Village of Hanover Park – Village is requesting a Text
Amendment to the Zoning Ordinance Section 110-6.6.1 to include
meteorological wind test towers (anemometers) up to 150 feet in height
for a period not to exceed 16 months as an accessory use in the R-2
Zoning District on a lot of not less than 15 acres.
b. Eugene and Beverly Overall (8122 Olivia Lane) –
Petitioner is requesting approval for a Zoning Variation from the
Village of Hanover Park Zoning Ordinance Section 110-5.4.4.c to allow
a 3’ variance from the required rear yard setback to build a sunroom
at 8122 Olivia Lane, Hanover Park, Illinois.
