Steven Leffler/Elco III, L.L.C (2064 Lake Street) – Petitioner is
requesting a Special Use from the Village of Hanover Park Zoning
Ordinance for an oil change facility and a Zoning Variation from the
Village of Hanover Park Zoning Ordinance Section 110-5.9.5.a.4 to
allow a 6’ rear yard variance from the required 30’ rear yard setback
at 2064 Lake Street, Hanover Park, Illinois.
Village of Hanover Park – Village is requesting to subdivide
property at 2020 W. Lake Street, Hanover Park, Illinois.
Village of Hanover Park – Village is requesting a Text Amendment to
the Zoning Ordinance Section 110-6.2.5.e to allow one recreational
vehicle per residential zoning lot.
Village of Hanover Park – Village is requesting a Text Amendment to
the Zoning Ordinance Section 110-5.4.3.g to allow Wind Energy
Facilities including wind turbine generators in the R-2 Single Family
Detached Residence District on a zoning lot or lot of record of at
least 15 acres in area as either a principal or accessory special use
subject to regulations including but not limited to setbacks, noise,
tower height, lighting, construction standards, shadow flicker,
electromagnetic interference, and ice shedding. This amendment could
allow wind turbine generators "windmills" up to 300 feet in height.
