a. Jose Medina/Victor Guitierrez (2071 Irving Park Road) –
Petitioners are requesting a Special Use from the Village of Hanover
Park Zoning Ordinance Section 110-5.9.3.s to allow an Alcoholics
Anonymous group to meet at 2071 Irving Park Road, Hanover Park,
Illinois
b. Village of Hanover Park – Village is requesting a Text Amendment
to the Zoning Ordinance Section 110-5.4.3.g to allow Wind Energy
Facilities including wind turbine generators in the R-2 Single Family
Detached Residence District on a zoning lot or lot of record of at
least 15 acres in area as either a principal or accessory special use
subject to regulations including but not limited to setbacks, noise,
tower height, lighting, construction standards, shadow flicker,
electromagnetic interference, and ice shedding. This amendment could
allow wind turbine generators "windmills" up to 300 feet in height.
