Village Information Hotline
The information line is designed to inform our residents of services, programs, and special events available in Hanover Park.  The information line is available 24 hours day, seven days a week.  You can access the information line from a touch-tone phone by dialing (630) 372-4290.  Printed brochures of Information Hotline topics are available at the receptionist desk at Village Hall, 2121 West Lake Street.  To have a copy mailed to you, please call (630) 372-4200.  Use the following list of message numbers when calling about a specific topic.  The message number can be entered at any time during the introductory recording.

Directions to Village Hall

The Hanover Park Municipal Complex which includes the Village Hall, Police Department, Barone Building, and Public Works Facility is located at 2121 West Lake Street.  The Municipal Complex is approximately seven-tenths of a mile west of the Barrington Road/County Farm Road and Lake Street intersection. From the south, take County Farm Road, Greenbrook Boulevard, or Arlington Drive to Lake Street and proceed west to the Municipal Complex.  From the north, take Barrington Road, Church Street, or Center Avenue to Lake Street and proceed west to the Municipal Complex. From the Walnut Avenue and Lake Street intersection, proceed east on Lake Street to the Municipal Complex.

From downtown Chicago, use either Interstate 90 or 290. From Interstate 90, proceed west to Barrington Road and turn south to Lake Street.  Take Lake Street west to the Municipal Complex.  From Interstate 290, proceed to Thorndale Avenue and exit west to the Elgin-O’Hare Expressway.  Take the Elgin-O’Hare Expressway to the end and exit west onto Lake Street. Take Lake Street west to the Municipal Complex.

From Interstates 294 or 355, proceed north to Interstate 290.  Take 290 to the Thorndale Avenue exit.  Exit west to the Elgin-O’Hare Expressway and proceed to the end and exit west onto Lake Street.  Take Lake Street west to the Municipal Complex.
