Weeds and Tall Grass

Grass must be kept mowed to a height of 8 inches or less.  Compost piles must not emit obnoxious odors and must be less than 5 feet in height and no greater than 100 square feet in area.  Compost piles are only permitted in the rear yard, and must be 5 feet from side property lines.  To register a complaint about property maintenance, please contact the Code Enforcement Unit of the Police Department at (630) 372-4262.
