Property Tax Information

Real estate tax bills are issued by and payable to the county in which the property is located.  Tax bills for both counties are due in two installments.  Cook County tax installments are normally due in March and November.  DuPage County tax installments are normally due June 1st and September 1st.

If you have questions concerning assessment values assigned to your property, call the township or county in which your property is located.  The Cook County Taxpayer’s Assistance Department can be reached at (312) 443-7550.  Phone the Bloomingdale Township Assessor’s Office at (630) 529-6927 or the Wayne Township Assessor at (630) 231-8900.
