Attached is a copy of the contract that will be presented to the
Village Board at the February 21, 2008 Village Board meeting. The
contract contains the provisions we discussed including special hours
for Clearbrook Center and an increasing pay schedule for food and
concessions booths depending upon the amount of gross revenue.
Per direction from the 50th Anniversary Committee I have included
item number 18 "Fantasy Amusement agrees not to serve any soft drinks or
bottled water."
As per our telephone conversation, I understand you plan to attend
the Village Board meeting to discuss particular items in the contract.
The meeting begins at 7:30 PM and is held at the Village Hall Board
Room, 2121 W. Lake Street.
