Voting & Judging Information

To enter the Spooktacular Halloween Home Decorating Contest, please fill out the registration form and send us a picture of your decorated home or business. Your home or business will be placed on our Halloween Home Decorating Contest Interactive Map.

 By filling out the registration form, you are permitting the Village of Hanover Park and the Hanover Park District to list the information you provided on our website, interactive map and be used to promote the contest on our social media. 

 Vote for your favorite home or business at www.hpil.org/HalloweenVote. (beginning October 17)

Peoples' Choice Award: Spookiest Home & Business- This award is voted on by individuals who have taken the haunted tour.

Village Board Award- This award is voted on by the Hanover Park Village Board who will take the tour and pick their favorite eerie abode.

Park District Award- This award is voted on by Hanover Park Park District Staff.

All winners will be contacted by phone, announced on our Facebook page and website and used for future promotion of the event.
