COPS Day & Movie in the Park- MAKE-UP DATE

Our COPS Day Picnic and Movie in the Park were rained out on July 15th. Join us on August 1st at Spring Wood Middle School for a make-up date.
Beginning at 6:30pm, Police Officers will be grilling FREE hot dogs and playing lawn games. There will be a face painter and mobile video gaming bus. Officer Wiebe and his K-9 Echo will do a demonstration at 7:30pm where you will learn about the job of a police K-9 dog. At 8:15pm, we will transition from the picnic to Movie in the Park. "Space Jam: A New Legacy" will be shown on the big screen so bring your blankets and chairs to sit on the lawn. The Hanover Park Parks Foundation will sell popcorn and beverages at a nominal cost to benefit their foundation, which helps underprivileged kids access recreational opportunities. This will be a scaled-down version of the COPS Day Picnic that was originally planned, but it will still be a good time! Come and meet your police officers and enjoy this FREE family event!
