This webinar has been developed for small business owners to provide basic information with respect to income taxes. This tax seminar will discuss the income tax impacts of the various choices available to form your business. The seminar will also provide an extensive overview of Schedule C (the businesses’ income statement). In addition, the seminar will provide a few tips on recordkeeping and cover some miscellaneous income tax matters.

Mark Breheny is a retired CPA. He has broad and extensive experience (38 years) in auditing public and private entities primarily in the manufacturing, aerospace & defense, hospitality, transportation, and retail/wholesale industries. His experience includes serving small, medium, and large businesses. His specialties include Initial Public Offerings (IPOs). He has a BA degree in Accounting from St Ambrose University, Davenport, Iowa.
