The State of Illinois has planned a series of events in celebration of National Hispanic Heritage month, beginning September 15 and running through October 15. Events will be offered in Spanish and English, and include topics such as accessing capital, branding, grants application, and special panels with subject matter experts in the industries of film, manufacturing and government contracting.
