Testing Location: 5700 Bartels Rd., Hanover Park, IL 60133
Testing Dates: September 30 and October 1
Testing hours: 9a-5p
• Simple nasal swabs will be used
• You will be called with results within 4-7 days
• No cost for testing
• Bring your insurance card, but you can still be tested if
you don’t have insurance
• You don’t have to have symptoms or be sick
• Anyone can get tested!
