No Yard Waste Sticker Required Leaf Collection in November
As a benefit to the residents of Hanover Park, leaf collection in November will not require a yard waste sticker to be collected by Groot Industries. This is during the month of NOVEMBER ONLY. Leaf collection in all other months will occur as it has previously. All you have to do is rake your leaves, put them into a recyclable yard waste bag, and set them at the curb on your normal trash pickup day.
LEAF PICKUP REGULATIONS
Leaf pickup regulations are as follows:
- The same rules for leaving grass clippings at the curb apply to leaving leaves at the curb.
- Leaves must be in a 35-gallon brown yard waste bag, a 35-gallon metal container, or a 35-gallon rigid plastic container; and a yard waste disposal sticker must be attached to each bag or container.
- Leaf pickup for the month of November is FREE!
