This webinar uses the concept of the “Business Model Canvas” by Strategyzer® to help you design your business blueprint long before you write your business plan. The webinar will cover how to start your blueprint, explain all segments, and help you understand how to make connections between them.
Additionally, we will cover how to “test” your canvas for stability and show you industry examples of how the “Business Model Canvas” was used during the startup phase. You will receive an electronic version of the canvas. You can choose to use it electronically or on paper in a brainstorming session with your team.
Attendees registered will receive the link to access the webinar one day prior.
Registration and Fees: Payment of seminar fees may be made by credit card (over the phone). Payment must be received to guarantee your space in an event. Please contact our office at (630) 942-2600 to make a payment.
Refund Policy: If you wish to request a refund, a full refund is given up to seven business days before the start of the seminar. No refund is granted after this times. You may also elect to send a substitute in your place. If the event is cancelled, all fees will be returned.
