Changes To Village Services Due To COVID-19The Village of Hanover Park Finance Department is still providing limited financial services such as processing cash payments and handling transfer stamp pick-ups in the lobby of the Hanover Park Police Department. To promote social distancing, residents are strongly encouraged to utilize pay online services or use the Finance Department’s Drop Box located in front of Village Hall. Water Shut-offs have been temporariy suspended.
To make an online payment for water bills, parking violations/citations, to purchase commuter parking permits, transfer stamps and other miscellaneous bills, please go to the Village’s pay online services by visiting at www.hpil.org. If you have any questions and concerns, feel free to call (630) 823-5600 or (630) 823-5790. For water billing, please call (630) 823-5799. Hours of Operation are 8:00AM and 4:30PM, Monday through Friday, with extended hours to 7:30PM on Thursday. THE APRIL BRUSH PICK-UP BY THE HANOVER PARK PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT HAS BEEN CANCELED.
The next scheduled brush pick-up cycle is July 6, 2020 for the area north of Lake Street and July 20, 2020 for the area south of Lake Street. Visit our website for more information. Starting the first Friday in April, 2020, brush can be put out curbside for regular yard waste pick-up, with a yard waste sticker. Questions? Contact Groot.
Message from Simple Recycling Effective Immediately, Due to Illinois Gov. Pritzker’s stay-at-home order, Simple Recycling will be following the State of Illinois guidance & temporarily suspend ALL curbside collections. This will remain in effect until further notice.

Public Health ResourcesPlease do your part to prevent the spread of illness, including influenza and coronavirus by doing the following:
- Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
- Do not touch your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.
