2021 Roadway Resurfacing Update

The resurfacing project is now in the final phase.  Over the next week, crews will have completed all the concrete work on our project, bringing sidewalk locations into ADA compliance and various curb locations replaced addressing drainage issues.

Resurfacing streets south of Stearns Road are now seeing pavement milling operations and paving begin.  The Village’s contractor is on schedule for completion by the October 22nd completion date.  As always residents will have access to their street and driveways during the construction progress, however minor delays may occur.  If you have any questions or concerns regarding construction activities, please contact Public Works at 630-823-5700 for additional information.
