March Flooding AwarenessChicago weather in March tends to come in like a lion and out like a lamb. Flooding can occur anywhere it rains.? Be aware of your neighborhood’s areas that may be most likely to flood.? - Flood waters can damage important papers. Store critical documents in a waterproof
container or electronically on a device. - Do not walk, swim or drive through flood waters. Turn Around, Don’t Drown!
- Remember, just six inches of moving water can knock you down, and one foot of moving water can sweep your vehicle away.
