Fire Department Accepts Delivery of a New Fire Engine
Fire Chief Eric Fors is pleased to announce that the Department has accepted delivery of a new fire engine. Built by Pierce, Engine 16 was put into service and replaces an engine that has been in service since 2005. This is the third apparatus built by Pierce for the Fire Department. Engine 16 is a 2022 Pierce Enforcer assigned to Fire Station 16 where it functions as a full-service engine company as well as being paramedic certified and Advanced Life Support (ALS) equipped. Celebrate Black History Month
The Village of Hanover Park and the Sister Cities Committee are pleased to host a Black History Month Celebration on Saturday, February 25, 2023, from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. in Room 214 at the Hanover Park Municipal Complex, 2121 Lake Street, Hanover Park, IL 60133. The event will feature a presentation, entertainment, and refreshments.
