Attend the Move with the Mayor® Mental Health Pop Up Event
Come out to Heritage Park for an afternoon of free family fun! Join us for the Heritage Park Pop-Up Event, hosted by the Hanover Park Park District on Wednesday, May 22 from 2pm to 4pm. This after-school special will feature free face painting, a variety of fun activities, crafts, games, and community resource booths to explore! Don't miss this fun and educational event. Organizations in attendance are HPPD, Greater Family Health, Elgin Partnership for Early Learning, DuPage Community Services, Kenneth Young Center, and Alive Center. Dial 988 Hotline for Mental Health Crises
May is Mental Health Awareness Month and the need for immediate crisis support is more critical than ever. The 988 hotline serves as a lifeline for individuals experiencing mental health crises. By dialing 988, residents can connect with trained professionals who will provide immediate assistance and connect them with local resources for ongoing support. Thank you to DuPage County Health Department for providing Dial 988 signs which are displayed in front of Village Hall and other locations throughout the Village.

Hanover Park Luau: The Tiki Experience
The Cultural Inclusion & Diversity Committee hosts an event recognizing Asian Pacific American Heritage Month. Come join us to celebrate the diverse Asian and Pacific Islander cultures represented in Hanover Park. Complimentary hors d'oeuvres & refreshments served and a one hour luau show. Event is free. Construction Updates

We appreciate your patience during the construction season. A resurfacing project has started with hydrant relocation on Church Street. It is anticipated that concrete work will start the week of May 13th.
