May is Mental Health Awareness Month

This month, the Village invites you to engage in activities designed to nurture healthier habits for mental well-being. Our mental health awareness card features activities that emphasize staying active and fostering connections with others.

Ways to enhance mental well-being include taking time to unwind and de-stress, engaging in hobbies, exercising, maintaining a balanced diet, and ensuring you get regular sleep.

Let's make our physical and mental health a priority by remaining active and connected with those around us!
