Hanover Park 60th Anniversary Fun Fact:

Remember the Tradewinds Cinema in Hanover Park? It opened in 1973 and offered seats for $1.00. Tradewinds Cinema was located at the corner of Barrington Road and Irving Park Road. The site has since been removed and replaced by Menards.

Speaking of movies, as part of our 60th anniversary celebration, the Village has scheduled a series of Movies in the Park. Tonight's feature, being shown at East Harbor Park, is Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle. Go to hp60.org for more throwback photos and information on upcoming 60th anniversary events.
