The Village of Hanover Park is seeking candidates for the 2019-2020 Michael H. Coleman Youth of the Year Award / Scholarship. This award positively reinforces the outstanding qualities of our young people and publicly acknowledges their efforts.

The Youth of the Year will be selected and presented with an award and $1,000 scholarship at the Village Awards Night to be held January, 2020. This year, the Village is also offering four $500 scholarships to the runner-ups.

We encourage you to consider any high school senior living in Hanover Park who would be an appropriate candidate for this award and ask him/her to complete the application, which can be found on our website here. Applications for the 2019-2020 Hanover Park Youth of the Year will be accepted until December 6, 2019.
