The meeting will start at 7:00 p.m. and continue until the agenda is completed. Regularly scheduled meetings are the first and third Thursday of each month. All meetings are open to the public. Residents can address the Village Board with questions or concerns on issues not on the published agenda during the Townhall portion of the meeting. Residents who wish to address the Village Board during the Townhall Session must register with the Village Clerk prior to the start of the meeting. If you would like to comment at the Town Hall session but are unable to attend, please submit your comments online at: www.hpil.org/publiccomment
