All permit plan review related fees can be found in Municipal Code Sec.18-200

Please note there is no plan review fee for work under $500.00 The following examples based on $114,000 value are provided to guide you in your calculations for plan review fees according to two types of construction projects:

Commercial New Construction

10% of Permit Fee, minimum $150.00 total

Commercial Remodeling 

Please note that plan review fee applies for projects over $500. Please refer to the following instructions when calculating your fees:

  • Apply 10% of Permit Fee, minimum $75.00
  • Only add supplemental fees if necessary for large plan reviews, usually indicated by greater than $75,000 value.

Residential Remodeling

Please note that plan review fee applies for projects over $500. Please refer to the following instructions when calculating your fees:

  • Apply 10% of Permit Fee, Minimum $50.00
  • Only Add Supplemental Fees if Necessary for Large Plan Reviews, Usually Indicated by Greater Than $75,000 Value.
