Costs

Hanover Park has a comprehensive cost recovery ordinance which allows patients to be charged for emergency medical services. Costs are as follows:

  • A charge of $15 per mile for transports
  • Advanced Life Support II with Emergency Transport: $1,600
  • Advanced Life Support with Emergency Transport: $1,300
  • Advanced Life Support with No Transport: $700
  • Advanced Life Support with Non-emergent Transport: $1,300
  • Basic Life Support No Transport: $525
  • Basic Life Support with Emergency Transport: $1,100
  • Basic Life Support with Non-emergent Transport: $1,100
  • Critical Care Transports: $2,000
  • Wait Fees for 30 minute intervals: $25

Patient's Privacy

All patients receive a Notice of Privacy Practices form, either at time of treatment or mailed to their home address following the incident.
